Raigad is a District in Konkan division of Maharashtra state of India. Alibag is a District Headquarter with fifteen talukas . Raigad is developing district. It has sea coast, many beaches, sanctuary, creeks, rivers, mountains, factories, fishing, agricultural, highways and rail routes etc.

In the Raigad district, The Health Care System is set up into three layers as Primary , Secondary and tertiary. 

All Sub Centers (Sub) and Primary Health Centers (PHC) comes in primary stage which provide primary health care services in villages and remote areas.
